In order to be eligible for the free iPod Mini promotion, or any subsequent promotion, you must first register for FindIsland. Click on Sign Up if you have not registered

To win an iPod, or any future prize, you must deposit entries into the drawing for that prize. You may do this manually from the My Accounts page, or choose to have your entries automatically deposited into the next drawing.

Drawings are currently held once a month, but we may soon hold drawings weekly—or even daily.

You receive one entry every time you conduct a search via FindIsland, and are logged into the site at the time you conduct the search. Look at the top left of the web page to see if you are logged. If you are logged in, you should see “Logged in as” followed by the email address with which you signed up. If you are not logged in, you will see “Not Logged In.” You will receive your point once you click on any search result. You need not click on a paid search ad to receive an entry, nor is there any benefit to clicking on such an ad. Sponsored listings do provide targeted information to answer your query, and are as or more relevant than organic listings. Visiting sponsored listings is optional and will not affect your chances of winning a prize.

Entries may be referred to as: entries, entry points or points.

When registering for the site, you must provide accurate contact information. If you do not, we will not be able to contact you for your prize. Please provide an email address that you check regularly.

Only one account is allowed per person. Up to four account are allowed per household, as long as each account belongs to a different individual. Users found with multiple accounts will lose all entry points.

Up to 30 points a day from searches, and up to 10 points an hour, are allowed. This is to discourage users from using automated “bots” to conduct searches. Users found using bots or employing other abusive practices will lose all entry points.

In the future, users will be offered other methods of earning entries.

Foreign winners may be required to pay shipping costs. Domestic users will have their shipping costs covered. Winners who do not respond to FindIsland within three (3) business days will lose their prize and a new winner will be chosen.

Winners agree to have their name and likeness portrayed on FindIsland in the Winners section of the site.
